What is Fascia? Fascia is found everywhere in the body, its main component is connective tissue. Fascia can be seen as a full body stocking, connecting everything in the body as a basic explanation.

Myofascial release is the slow unwinding of the fascia through direct and indirect contact made by the therapist upon the client. Through this the client can find to have greater range of movement, less pain, emotional release, parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) and postural changes.
